Engineer / Senior Engineer (Customer Support Service)

Key responsibilities Manage all aspects of the after sales support viz. Installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, overhauls, servicing and troubleshooting of high-pressure compressor systems and accessories at various customer sites across the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & West Bengal. He may also be required to travel across India when necessary. Promotion of Spare parts & Service products. Technical support to customers and business partners. Identifying prospects, implementing the service plans / policies and achieving business goals. Regular customer contact to review the quality & performance of the companys products & services and reporting the same. Field complaint redressing. To work closely with the other departments of the company for achieving the companys business objectives / goals. Follow ISO procedures as well as systems laid down by the company from time to time. Coordination between HO, Customers and vendors / service contractors and ensuring timely support. Any other related duty that may be assigned by the company. Preferred Profile Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 - 8 years of experience with OEM / Dealers of reciprocating Compressor or Low-Pressure Reciprocating or rotary compressors / Engine. Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, overhauling, servicing and troubleshooting on reciprocating / Rotary compressors / Engines / Generator Sets etc. Experience in writing site activity reports, visit reports and various other forms Extensive knowledge and experience on use of tools, tackles, measuring instruments.
