We are currently seeking an Rotary Engineer to join our team in India. Location Jamnagar, India Job Description: To develop the most appropriate method and sequence of shutdown and turnaround activities. Provide functional support to operation and maintenance to maximize asset (Rotary equipment) availability, reliability and integrity through effectively implementing business processes and procedures. Effectively monitor the proactive maintenance programs like preventive and predictive maintenance. Minimize outages with appropriate risk mitigation and troubleshooting. Condition monitoring of rotating equipment, analysis, and advice to workers. Assist plant maintenance in troubleshooting critical problems. Supervision of quality checks during the overhauling of critical rotating equipment. Assistance/association in repair and refurbishment of rotating equipment/components Perform failure analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) of repetitive failures. Review and optimize maintenance tasks/frequencies Applying the learnings from RCA to proactively increase the reliability of other assets. Ensure safe and trouble-free start-up of critical rotating machines. Provide technical support for critical and insurance spare reviews. Training faculty for in-house programs related to rotary equipment. Provide input for planning and scheduling critical rotating equipment overhauling. Assist in erection and commissioning of new equipment. Qualification & Experience: Diploma or BE Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the maintenance of Rotary equipment in the oil and gas and petrochemical sector.

Job Title : (Executive- projects) Project Engineer_ Mechanical Experience Required : 5-8 years of Agrochemicals/chemicals in Green field/brown field Projects. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table) 1 Erection, installation and commissioning of various type of static and rotary, utilities equipments & its piping work. 2 Coordination with other engineering discipline for smooth and efficient implementation of the project, engineering consultant for timely delivery of construction drawings for proper sequence of project activities, procurement and operation to ensure completion of the project on time. 3 Preparing piping BOQ from P& ID and checking and review/verifying AUTOCAD & PDMS generated equipment layouts, Piping GAs, isometrics and models. Documents review and checking like MDS,MR,DesignBasis,PMS/VDS,P&ID, Equipment G.A,Structure G.A, Piping G.A, and Isometric. 4 Handling/supervising of contractors, Evaluating and discuss with team for work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports. 5 Inspection of various equipment like reactor, tank, utility equipments and submit report to project manager. 6 Planning, scheduling & monitoring activities for timely completion of projects within time, quality, cost & budget parameters. 7 Should be well versed with various code and standard like ASTM, ASME B31.3, ASME 16.5,16.11,16.19 etc.

Skills in products and package engineering - IG Compressors/ Reciprocating compressors/ Screw Compressors/ Expanders/ Steam Turbine/ Centrifugal compressors, Localization, Oil Systems, Piping, etc. Required Candidate profile Knowledge of preparing base frame design, integral / standalone oil systems, oil piping, air piping, CW piping, seal piping, etc. Follow SAP and PLM system

- Undergo training related to Maintenance practices & procedures - Observe the abnormalities in assets, if any, and communicate to immediate Supervisor and Executive for necessary corrective actions - Perform all the types of maintenance of rotating equipment as per maintenance procedures of respective equipment standard with all safety measures and work quality standard - Suggest corrective ideas and modification to improve reliability of equipments - Get duly approved work permit with zero tolerance on safety and quality of repair and maintenance & as per priority communicated - Communicate abnormalities and any deviation in the quality of work during maintenance of the rotating equipment to the Supervisor and Executive (Maintenance) for necessary corrections - Ensure that all types of maintenance activities are to be carried out as per the maintenance procedures of Equipment Standard with Zero Tolerance on quality of work

Good sound in LT , PT , TT RTD Weigh scales Filling stations. Pneumatic ON/OFF valves Control valves LT,PT calibration. Basic knowledge in troubleshooting PLC. Foundation field bus knowledge.

Key responsibilities Manage all aspects of the after sales support viz. Installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, overhauls, servicing and troubleshooting of high-pressure compressor systems and accessories at various customer sites across the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & West Bengal. He may also be required to travel across India when necessary. Promotion of Spare parts & Service products. Technical support to customers and business partners. Identifying prospects, implementing the service plans / policies and achieving business goals. Regular customer contact to review the quality & performance of the companys products & services and reporting the same. Field complaint redressing. To work closely with the other departments of the company for achieving the companys business objectives / goals. Follow ISO procedures as well as systems laid down by the company from time to time. Coordination between HO, Customers and vendors / service contractors and ensuring timely support. Any other related duty that may be assigned by the company. Preferred Profile Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 - 8 years of experience with OEM / Dealers of reciprocating Compressor or Low-Pressure Reciprocating or rotary compressors / Engine. Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, overhauling, servicing and troubleshooting on reciprocating / Rotary compressors / Engines / Generator Sets etc. Experience in writing site activity reports, visit reports and various other forms Extensive knowledge and experience on use of tools, tackles, measuring instruments.
