Key responsibilities Manage all aspects of the after sales support viz. Installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, overhauls, servicing and troubleshooting of high-pressure compressor systems and accessories at various customer sites across the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & West Bengal. He may also be required to travel across India when necessary. Promotion of Spare parts & Service products. Technical support to customers and business partners. Identifying prospects, implementing the service plans / policies and achieving business goals. Regular customer contact to review the quality & performance of the companys products & services and reporting the same. Field complaint redressing. To work closely with the other departments of the company for achieving the companys business objectives / goals. Follow ISO procedures as well as systems laid down by the company from time to time. Coordination between HO, Customers and vendors / service contractors and ensuring timely support. Any other related duty that may be assigned by the company. Preferred Profile Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 - 8 years of experience with OEM / Dealers of reciprocating Compressor or Low-Pressure Reciprocating or rotary compressors / Engine. Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, overhauling, servicing and troubleshooting on reciprocating / Rotary compressors / Engines / Generator Sets etc. Experience in writing site activity reports, visit reports and various other forms Extensive knowledge and experience on use of tools, tackles, measuring instruments.

Start /Stop and Controlling the process & equipment through DCS Installation of chiller unit which led to increased production of liquid oxygen and life of Molecular Sieve also has increased Handling shift operation and maintenance job Installation & Testing of Instruments like Pressure Gauge, Level Gauge, RTD, Thermocouples, Pressure Transmitters, Flow Transmitter and Digital Indicators. Operation & Maintenance of liquid Storage vessel. Inspection, Control & monitoring of parameters in DCS. Handling all operational work, Solving break down problems in shift. Give a supply from backup system in emergency cases & during power failure Chemical treatment of Cooling Tower & Maintaining parameters as per design Erection and commissioning of rotating equipments such as centrifugal compressors, expansion turbine, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps. Cylinder Filling system, Cooling Tower and cooling water pump etc. Handling & controlling all parameters of Nitrous Oxide Plant. Production daily reports regarding consumption of liquid by customer. Daily monitoring of filling process of Pure gas and Mixture gas. Pressure testing of equipments and related lines. Flushing and purging of equipments and related lines."
