Job summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer – Planning (Water Supply Projects) will be responsible for managing the planning, scheduling, budgeting, for large-scale water supply infrastructure projects across multiple states. This role requires expertise in project scheduling, cost estimation, contract management, and invoice processing, client management, delivery of projects in time & cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage baseline schedules, resource plans, and project programme using Primavera/ MS Project.
• Track planned vs actual progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions to keep milestones on track.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely execution, approvals, and material availability.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS inputs, and documentation required for reviews.
• Support project managers with contractual compliance, billing verification, delay analysis, and EOT claims.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8–15 years (minimum 5+years in water supply / infrastructure projects) Worked on government-led water supply projects (AMRUT, Jal Jeevan Mission, state water boards, urban infra projects).
• Experience in EPC contracting environment. Exposure to design coordination and site execution work flows.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in project scheduling and cost control.
• Leadership and strategic planning for large scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
