ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES (related to routine task)

Activity & Resource Planning

Conduct inspection of existing facilities and prepare GAP analysis report.

Conduct FAT

Shall have to travel & visit at any site as per project requirement.

Independently Clarify Client queries/comments technically in line with the regulatory guidelines

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Knowledge and understanding of all relevant local statutory compliance requirements as applicable for the department

Experience of leading a team

Basic understanding of the Process/Utility equipment and systems

Knowledge and understanding of International GMP Guidelines and regulatory requirements

Understanding of Layouts and can develop the same .

Knowledge of developing Concept and basic Engineering Drawings

UTILITIES & PIPING:
Knowledge of standards codes and guidelines applicable for Utility equipment Piping and ckean utility systems,Selection of equipmnet type for each utilities Plant Steam, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Coolig Water, Chilled water, Chilled Brine, Hot water etc. Calculations for Utility Equipment sizing, , Preparation of URS for Utility Equipoment, Selection of MOC and ratings for Piping and piping fittings /components, Specifications & BOQ for Utility Distribution system, Develop treatment scheme for generation of clean utilities,Calculations for sizing of clean utility system based on peak load, Specifications & BOQ for Clean Utility Generation Storage and Distribution system,
