Understanding of General Arrangement, RC / Steel detailing drawings and guiding / checking technician work. Experience on conceptualization of structural design based on Architectural concept.REVIT understanding is preferred. Must have experience on domestic/international projects, self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Middle East project Experience is Mandatory
- Experience into analysis & design of buildings of various sectors like Data Centers, High Rise Buildings, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc.
- Preparation and checking of calculations, specifications, construction drawings, and the structural model in line with the project quality procedures.
- Fully understand all structural scope, recognize how that scope is both generated and impacted by other disciplines, and identify scope change.
- Attend project meetings and take an active role to help team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.
- Take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the deliverables, including calculations and all construction documents.
- Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality.
- Ability to develop Structural concepts to effectively compliment Architectural designs

KEY COMPETENCY – Technical Skills
Has in depth knowledge of building structural design and elements. Knowledge of local India and International codes and best-industry practices. Also, hands-on experience of structural design of projects.
Software
– ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, Staad Pro, REVIT Structures, TEDDs. Robot
KEY COMPETENCY – Soft Skills
Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience.
