Job Description

Role Overview: As an Instrumentation & Control / Electronics / Electrical Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads using various resources. You will be tasked with selecting suitable automation, electrical, and related products to meet control requirements. Additionally, you will prepare techno-commercial offers, including Bills of Materials (BOM) and System Architecture based on the selected products. Your role will involve negotiating offers with customers, coordinating with various internal teams for smooth order execution, managing inventory levels, and performing purchase orders and vendor follow-ups. It will also include working on the ERP system to ensure organizational procedures are followed effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads through different channels to expand business opportunities - Select appropriate automation, electrical, and related products to meet control needs - Prepare techno-commercial offers, including BOM and System Architecture - Negotiate offers with customers and secure orders - Coordinate with Front Office Sales Team, Project Engineering Team, and Purchase Team for order execution - Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels - Create purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries by following up with vendors - Utilize the ERP system to adhere to organizational working procedures Qualifications: - Diploma / BE in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics / Electrical Engineering - Working knowledge of control systems involving PLCs, HMIs, SCADA Systems, AC VFDs, AC Servo Systems, sensors, transmitters, and control devices - Desire and aptitude to achieve set targets - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in English - Good computer literacy Please note that the company emphasizes the importance of having skills in negotiation, automation, sales quotation, lead generation, inventory management, techno-commercial offers, electrical products, computer literacy, ERP systems, English proficiency, inside sales, BOM preparation, system architecture, sales coordination, and communication skills.,
