& Correctly update QR Code, Once you reach at Site. This We Call as a Response time3 Order Spares Parts from DHL Warehouse - Forward Request to Manager for Approval4 Fix the breakdown call & restore UPS. Also Close Breakdown call in FSM App, Capture Closure time. This We Call as a Turn Around time5 Provide Reversal of Spares to Harsh Porter with

RED Tag

duly filled with all Information6 Share FSR to Backend team to initiate a Consumption of Spares Parts used during breakdown Calls7 Once We Close breakdown Call in FSM App, you Can edit Customer email ID, So that Qualtrics Survey Will trigger to Specific email ID8 After Call Closure in FSM App / CMS, within 3 days our System automatically trigger Qualtrics feedback Survey to rate our services9 We need to Speak with each Customer for getting this Survey done with 9 or 10 ratings10 Emplyoee Name Inventory Should be less than 1 L Per Individual

Preventive Maintenance

1 On daily basis, territory team leaders will assign PM Activity to Individual engineers2 Before Starting to Site, you need to Start travel in FSM App to understand RT3 Ensure each PM must have PM Call ID4 Carry QR Code Stickers & escalation Matrix & Paste it on UPS front door5 Complete PM & Note down Critical Parameters of UPS & Batteries. Especially check the health of fans6 Verification of technical Bulletin Applicable to UPS like firmware upgradation or IGBT Interface Board replacement…etc - ECN7 After Successful Completion of PM, generate PM Report from FSM App itself & closer8 Completely Perform PM & recommend for AC-DC Capacitor / Battery Replacement, Wherever applicable9 Ensure at least we should get a 5 Appreciation emails from Customers10 Battery impedence Report Preparation through HIOKI Software

Safety

1 Adhere to all Safety Practices on field. Check Validity of Hand Glovees during each Use2 Minimum 5 Good Catches from each individuals3 Calibration of Multimeters & Clamp Meters to be verify on Monthly basis4 Carefully handle Battery impedance Meter Probes for its Sensitivity5 Weekly Update Time Sheet in Portal
