Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This role requires hands-on experience with engine testing procedures, data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical reporting (Off-road engines).
• Hands on experience STARS Automation system
• Should have knowledge about emission regulation (Mainly Off-road engines) & test methods
• Knowledge about NABL requirements & Support for documentation

Work Experience Requirements:

• Conduct and oversee engine performance testing under various operating conditions.
• Set up and operate engine dynamometers and test rigs to measure engine power, efficiency, emissions, and fuel consumption.
• Ensure engine tests are performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collect and analyze data from engine tests, including but not limited to emissions, temperature, fuel consumption, vibration, and performance metrics.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to gather and process test data.
• Interpret test results and generate comprehensive reports highlighting key findings, performance trends, and recommendations.
• Identify and diagnose issues with engine components or systems during testing.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss test outcomes, performance improvements, and technical challenges.
• Ensure all engine testing activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate results and safety protocols.
• Document all test procedures, results, and observations in clear, concise reports.
• Prepare presentations to communicate test results and progress to management and other stakeholders.

Education: Diploma / B.E with relevant experience in the Automobile Industry
