Key Responsibilities
NPD Activities – Compression Tech
Work in Compression Technology Products with focus on motors (both fixed & variable speed) for hermetic compressors Understand Project & Work Scope, plan and deliver quality output / deliverables to meet the expected schedule and timeline Make effective use of software Ansys-RMxprt & Siemens-NX to design motors Lead document release activities of Product Design Thru RFES, build Inputs For Proto Manufacturing & Test inputs Prepare engineering documentation including motor specifications & bill of materials

Value Engineering
Work with Engineering VE team to develop new cost reduction ideas in electrical & electronic parts in both Compression Tech & Units products
Education And Professional Qualifications
Bachelors/master's in electrical engineering
Proficiency in CAD (Siemens-NX preferred); Electromagnetics simulation knowledge added advantage, 2-4 years of relevant experience.Basic knowledge of motors, controllers & contactors requiredBasic knowledge of HVAC & Compressors required
