Job Description

Role & responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for conducting analysis and prepare key documents and plans for New Product Industrialization & CNI Implementation

Executing key processes and activities to ensure New Product Industrialization including BOM verification, confirmation & accurate uploading of data in SAP
Reviewing, Verifying & correcting Production BOM
Evaluating and reviewing several parameters for Time frame planning for CNI Implementation
Execution of key activities with timely reporting to ensure Perpetual Inventory, WIP and stock analysis
Creating and releasing SPD BOM to the all the stakeholders to initiate planning and action in their respective functions
Promoting manufacturing excellence initiatives related to product quality, cost, delivery; manufacturing efficiency and operational excellence to exceed customer expectations
Sharing information and timely updates with internal and external stake holders along with necessary support for related activities to ensure timely implementation of different projects

Preferred candidate profile

SAP Domain Expert in PP, MM, SD, QM modules
Knowledge of Production process flow from start to end
Proficient in BOM, Industrialization process
Oracle Production system
Knowledge of Perpetual Inventory stock audit
Knowledge of SCM, stores function to understand Material flow
Knowledge of Material transactions from receipt to consumption.
Good Analytical & Problem solving ability
Awareness of Financial Impact in Inventory analysis of RM, WIP, FG stocks
Awareness of MRP, MPS, vendor scheduling etc.
Proficient in BOM verification E-BOM & M-BOM
