Interact with clients as and when required with regard to design, production quality etc. attending client meetings both video / personal F. Providing inputs to Planning & Estimation department for pricing of Fittings & Equipment's G. Prepare & Maintain Certifications & Quality Control records H. Attend Inspections at vendor facilities I. Attend workshop Inspection by Clients/Third Party Agencies J. Task/jobs whenever assigned by the management have to be done without hesitation in a time frame, to the satisfaction of the company as well as clients. K. Train/ Educate the staff/workers as and when required, maintain proper records and documents.

Piping drawings preparation as per Client & Project related requirement, review, coordinate with Clients for submissions of drawings and related approvals. Collaborate with the workshop team to provide fabrication shop drawings. Work with the site/project execution team to ensure required drawings are made available. Liaise with internal and other departments within the organization to ensure accurate design presentation to the clients. Perform other related duties as assigned. Preferred candidate profile 7-8 years of experience in mechanical drafting or related field (mechanical engineering). Should have complete knowledge and hand's on experience on Auto Cad; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus. Knowledge of piping related codes and standards such as ASME, API, etc Should have knowledge of fabrication and handling fabrication shop drawings Strong understanding of mechanical design principles Excellent attention to detail with ability to work accurately meeting required deadlines. Role & responsibilities Sending and follow up of quotations. Planning Mob-Demob of Manpower & Equipment's. Co-Ordinate with the Project In-Charges, HR, Accounts & Stores Departments for various requirements from the site. Monitoring the work progress on a daily basis. Prepare product catalogues / Technical Literature / Brochures. Send Status of applied tenders to all concerned in Hot Tapping department once in 15 days (1st & 15th of every month). Prepare project documents such as method statement, QAP etc. Follow up with the clients for invoice payments. Tender payments such as EMD, Security Deposit and refund of the same. Submission of invoice and project documents to clients. Submission of the project costing after project completion. Preparing quotation as per the enquiry & follow up with the clients on status of the same. Preparing tender documents & submission. Preparing the pre bid queries by understanding the scope of work of tender documents. Submission of short fall documents of vendor Vender registration & renewal of the same with clients. Attending the pre bid meetings & other kick-off meetings. Planning for job execution after coordinating with the clients & fulfilling the same. Role & responsibilities Preparation of QAP as per customer spec., NDT requirements & drawing. In-coming inspection, in-process inspection & final inspection. Prepare Production Plans & Supervise the production activities in workshop & Outsourced workshops. Inspection & Quality control of all production activity. Maintain documents related to Quality both for site & workshop activities. Attend Third Party Inspection & Other Quality control affairs. Inspect incoming parts of the equipment's from various machines shops/vendors in consolation with the concerned person who has given the requisition for that particular part/component. Preparing and maintaining WPS/PQR/WQT as per section IX & API 1104. Follow up with Machine Shop. Send Production Status report to all concerned in PPTS Department once in a week (Every Monday). Maintaining daily records for each of QC process. Supervision at shop floor for ensuring the quality requirements are met as per the customer specification & drawing. Raising TPI call and coordinating with them for all inspection/witness activity. Any other work instructed by HOD & directors. Preferred candidate profile Age : 28+ Gender: Male Education : BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Work Experience : Should have worked in QA/QC in any Fabrication Shop or in Erection/ Fabrication of piping on field. Languages : English , Kannada & Hindi must Communication: Should possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Confident to converse with clients and colleagues. Computer Knowledge : Should be proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and Word etc. Additional Qualification: NDT Level 2 (VT, PT, UT, RT), ASME Section IX and API 1104 Appendix B.

Perform pipeline design calculation including: (ASME Section VIII Div I & ASME 31.3/31.4/31.8) Wall thickness calculations. Pressure vessel stress analysis. Pressure temperature stress check internal and external. Material selection based on the pipeline parameters. Preferred candidate profile 5-6 years of experience in mechanical drafting or related field (mechanical engineering).
