Preparation of QAP as per customer spec., NDT requirements & drawing.
In-coming inspection, in-process inspection & final inspection.
Prepare Production Plans & Supervise the production activities in workshop & Outsourced workshops.
Inspection & Quality control of all production activity.
Maintain documents related to Quality both for site & workshop activities.
Attend Third Party Inspection & Other Quality control affairs.
Inspect incoming parts of the equipment's from various machines shops/vendors in consolation with the concerned person who has given the requisition for that particular part/component.
Preparing and maintaining WPS/PQR/WQT as per section IX & API 1104.
Follow up with Machine Shop.
Send Production Status report to all concerned in PPTS Department once in a week (Every Monday).
Maintaining daily records for each of QC process.
Supervision at shop floor for ensuring the quality requirements are met as per the customer specification & drawing.
Raising TPI call and coordinating with them for all inspection/witness activity.
Any other work instructed by HOD & directors.
