Scheduling operations and ensuring utilization of maximum capacity of available resources in order to meet production demands.
Planning & scheduling production activities using SAP PP as major tool
Planning and prioritizing production operations (material balancing, machining, assembly etc )in order to achieve monthly targets
Purchase, machining and assembly follow- up
Address issues when they arise & coordinating with respective stockholders
Processing planning related activities in SAP, ex- Generation of manual PR in case of requirement, Read PP, MRP run Etc.)
Scheduling third party inspections
Prepare performance report and failure analysis for monthly review meeting.
Customer Service (Internal and External)
Excellent Computer literacy.
Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly reports for business operations and present to management.
Scheduling Third party inspections.
Material balancing for production activities within time.
Good Decision making, time management, leadership, problem solving, team building skills.
Explore criticalities of upcoming orders & forecast possible failures and take advance actions.
Monitor and expedite ongoing projects considering criticalities.
Control on Inventory Levels.
