Job Title : urbine Assembly Location : KOV (Kirloskarvadi) Experience : 3-5 years in API Pump Industry Education: BE (Mechanical) / DME About the Role: We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Turbine Assembly team! you'll oversee daily operations, resolve problems, and drive production targets while ensuring quality and efficiency. Primary Responsibilities : To assign daily work load to assembly technician against DOP To check & update daily hydro, balancing, assembly (Sub & turbine Set), stage wise record in register & assembly check list To solve the problem during assembly. Plan & complete TPI activity as per schedule. Maintain & improve MOP of operator by proper utilization of Man, Material & Machine Against DOP & Balanced component raise production order & H.O. to store for issue material using SAP PP Module To train the new apprentice to produce quality of turbine assembly technician Kaizen implementation through daily routine & 5S Activity Maintain inventory by proper issue material against production order & return material before order confirmation. Secondary Responsibilities Monthly Gauge calibration activity To support the other department (Piping, Testing, etc) in absence of their immediate supervisor Follow up the supplier in urgency of material requires Arrange the consumables & stationary material against requirement Be prepare & conduct the internal third party audit ISO/EMS, etc. Requirements: Strong knowledge of turbine assembly and API pump industry Proficiency in SAP, MS-Excel, and communication skills Experience with ISO/EMS standards and internal audits

Engineering activities, create detailed 3D models, and help drive product excellence. Primary Responsibilities: Shall have good knowledge of Engineering Drawing and 3D model Creation. Prepare 3D Models of various Pump components. Detailing of Pump components (2D drawing preparation) in Creo. Preparation of 3D assembly of Bareshaft Pump. Study of Bought out drawings for Bareshaft Pump. Involve in providing new ideas for product / process improvement Involvement in uploading data in Windchill. Testing of KEPL pump in KBL HRC lab as and when required. 8. Preparation & maintaining data of cost saving & energy conservation. 9. Give impeller cut down in advance as per MOP and Quartertly plan. 10. Arrange for resources and consumables for testing of pumps in future as and when required.Also maintain all testing equipment in Good condition for operation. 10. Role & responsibilities Handling 40 + Vendors related with Trading commodities & IDM (i.e. Gear Box & Actuators, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Cylinder, IDM etc.) Average monthly spend for handling the commodity mentioned above is approximate Rs.1.5+ Cr Handling Trading Section material like Gear Box & Actuators ,Import Valves, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Cylinder, NPD of all commodity, IDM-Capex , Maintenance Spares ,Hardware's, Tooling ,Gauges, Consumables, Packing material ,Paint, Service work Have ability to execute and deliver on commitment and proactively mitigate them. Role & responsibilities To decide and develop technology, resources and process to carry out subassemblies and assemblies of nuclear and high technology pump. To define and develop special processes like Helium leak testing, Dynamic balancing, High pressure hydro testing, pickling and passivation. To develop tools and equipments for the subassembly and assembly and should be able to operate special Equipments like stud tensioner, hydraulic wrenches. To plan and execute subassembly, assembly and disassembly. To define and execute special operations like Helium leak testing, Dynamic balancing at grade 0.4, High pressure hydro testing, pickling and passivation. To establish the process of generation of DM water for hydro testing, pickling and passivation, flushing. To develop, establish and execute pickling and passivation process for SS component. Physical & logical crediting of pumps by issuing the credit note. Inventory control and inventory management. Preferred candidate profile BE - 3 -12 Yrs Experience, Diploma 5 -15 yrs of rich experience in Assembly of critical Equipment's Knowledge of special processes like Dynamic balancing, High pressure hydro testing, Helium leak testing, pickling and passivation. Candidate should have experience in Pressure vessel or Pump Industry Helium leak certification is an added advantage

Role & responsibilities Planning of preparation & approval of documentations required for weld joints, execution of weld joints as per schedule, welder/brazer qualifications as per job requirement and required resources. Execution of all weld joints. Preparation and approval of WPS, PQR, WDS, BPS and Weld plans as per Job requirement. Maintaining the welding related documentation and records. Carry out mockup, trials and qualifications for establishing new processes, and improving the existing ones. Welder Qualification, Welding consumable qualification, as per codes/standards and customer specification Interpretation of welding defects and root cause analysis to mitigate/eliminate the occurrence. Manufacturing drawing study and preparation of weld location list, Weld plan for existing and upcoming new projects and giving required inputs from welding point of views to Design/Process planning team. Coordinating with Manufacturing, Planning, Assembly, Design and Quality departments for smooth functioning and problem solving. Implementation of initiatives such as TPM, 5S, Kaizen. Implement and Maintain Quality Management system, OHSAS and EHS. Planning and execution of mechanical and metallographic testing. Preferred candidate profile Hands-on experience in pressure vessel manufacturing and a thorough understanding of ASME and API codes Knowledge of Tig and SMAW Welding process, pressure vessel. Brazing and Soldering processes and Technology of Copper and its alloys Knowledge of Welding metallurgy especially for Stainless Steel. Knowledge of NDT methods for Weld joints of Nuclear application Knowledge of documentation required for maintaining system as per requirement for products in Nuclear Application.
