Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for achieving MIS for manufacturing metrics related to Sub assembly SOP, final assembly SOP and testing of components and pumps.
Procedure for assembly and dismantling of URJA projects and getting approval from the customer/TPI
Imparting technical guidance and training to the employees of usage of SOP For process.
Monitoring, analyzing and improving the process carried out like shrink fitting, CAN expansion etc.
Process validation and standardization in process, develop and install new machinery for quality performance.
Responsible for Hydro testing of the components & pumps according to ASME
Identifying critical parameters, bottlenecks of the manufacturing process, line layout study
Monitoring documentation required for the shrink fitting, hydro testing and helium leak testing.
Conducting trials for the qualification of SIC bearing like autoclave, wear testing ,HLT etc.
Conducting dynamic balancing of rotating equipments as per ISO 21940.
Maintaining 5S, Safety discipline on shop floor.
Recognizing and felicitating the subordinates for achieving the special improvements.
