Role & responsibilities Study of tender specifications & competitive selection of pump from efficiency and duty operating point. Preparation & submission of tenders against drawings. Submission of data to Industrial Engineering Division for costing of pumps Technical Support to Sectors & ROs for Tenders & Enquiries and getting Drawing Approval from client, Data for Cost Estimation of New Products / features / accessories. Study of order based on its selection of customer requirement. For this review of tender document. Preparation & submission of order against documents (GA/CS. Performance Curve) for customer approval. Preparation of order against component drawings-Casting & fabrication drawings to release for manufacturing Preparation of HALB and FERT as per the project requirement. Preparation of BOM in MRP & SAP Preparation of model proposal, detail engineering of model pump, BOM in MRP & SAP. Preparation the specifications of brought out items to purchase for procurement. Review of model-proto calculations. Preparation of model / prototype pump test procedure. Create the 3-d models of all developed pump in CREO for the use of CFD analysis Create the 3-d models of all pump components and make the assembly for the check fitment & arrangement of pump in CREO Write up of the Pump-Erection procedure, Stationary & rotating assembly and Operational & Maintenance Manual. Prepare & update IOM Manuals, Leaflets, and Catalogues & Product literatures. Team member of Wind-chill implementation project in department level. Successfully established and implemented life cycle management for CAD Documents (Auto-Cad and CREO) in wind-chill. Responsible for data management of CAD & NON-CAD for Canned Motor and Special pumps Provide appropriate information & documentation for quality, purchasing, production, marketing & vender development team. Handling special projects of value engineering & reverse engineering Participation and compliance to QMS & 5S, Kaizens and other various initiatives in the organization. Impart training of 3D-2D in CREO for juniors. Product training of Canned Motor and Special pumps to new joiner, dealer and Vendor. Project Site visits for Erection & Commissioning and for Performance Guarantee testing Preferred candidate profile Candidates from Pump industry are preffered Basic of Pump Fundamentals Knowledge of Auto-Cad-2021 CREO-3d modeling and 3d-2d, Assembly PDM- CREO-Wind-chill-11 for data management SAP-S4-HANA CAD/CAM/CAE SOFTEARES
