Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to boost organic search performance. Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and optimize content for improved rankings and visibility. Content Optimization: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure all web content, blogs, and landing pages are SEO-friendly and aligned with target keywords. Website Audit & Technical SEO: Perform periodic SEO audits to detect and resolve technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, site speed, and mobile usability. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush, and prepare regular performance reports. Competitor & Market Analysis: Research competitor websites to identify content gaps, backlink opportunities, and SEO trends. Link-Building & Outreach: Assist in developing and executing link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and brand visibility. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO tools and techniques to maintain strong organic performance. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, E&TC or a related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Knowledge of content marketing and link-building strategies is an advantage.
