Job Description

Role Overview: As the Business Development Director, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and forming strategic partnerships. Your strong understanding of cloud-led digital transformation, IT services, and managed services delivery models will be instrumental in translating customer challenges into scalable service offerings. Your focus will be on ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitable growth by bridging the gap between business and technology. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new customer acquisition and growth of existing accounts within defined verticals or geographies. - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Cloud, Data, AI, and App Modernization services. - Establish and maintain a healthy qualified pipeline, ensuring consistent quarterly revenue conversions. - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring value delivery and fostering long-term relationships. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across cloud, data, and AI practices. - Collaborate with practice heads and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction. - Ensure project delivery is aligned with business outcomes and meets customer expectations. - Monitor key delivery KPIs such as quality, timeliness, profitability, and CSAT in coordination with delivery heads. - Engage in governance and quarterly business reviews with customers. - Partner with AWS, Azure, and GCP alliance teams to co-sell and leverage joint GTM programs. - Provide mentorship to the sales and presales teams for consultative solution selling. - Collaborate with marketing on campaign design and brand visibility initiatives. - Take ownership of the revenue and margin performance of assigned accounts and regions. - Deliver accurate forecasts, maintain pipeline visibility, and conduct risk assessments for leadership. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and key account management. - Strong understanding of cloud-led digital transformation, IT services, and managed services delivery models. - Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategies for Cloud, Data, AI, and App Modernization services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Experience in collaborating with alliance teams and driving joint GTM programs. - Previous experience in mentoring sales and presales teams for consultative solution selling. - Ability to provide accurate forecasts and conduct risk assessments for leadership decisions.,
