Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating scheduled visits to client sites
- Overseeing day to day Onsite Tasks
- Being a point of contact and escalation for remote teams and staff working onsite
- Operationally managing ticket queues across various locations
- Cross training and upskilling Onsite team members
- Managing a multi-platform endpoint environment (Desktop\Server)
- Day to day responsibility for the technologies that support the endpoint estate
- Working alongside Endava’s clients, delivering high level support and guidance for their short- and long-term requirements
- Discussing problem resolution with client and internal managers
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to plan agree and deliver changes
- Always investigating potential threats and upcoming technical obstacles that could jeopardize the deliver of our services.
- The ability to analyze and outline potential changes within the infrastructure to improve performance
- Maintaining and improving support information and documentation
- Ensuring estate license obligations are fully met
- Mentoring junior technical staff
- Involvement in installation projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for intelligent people, who have previously worked in technical roles within an IT-focused company, with multiple offices and a business-critical international infrastructure.Mandatory skills and experience:
- Extended experience with various Endpoint Systems Management tools including
- Intune
- SCCM
- SMP
- Jamf
- Workspace One
- Omnissa
- Extended experience with various Anti-Virus and Security solutions including
- Sophos
- McAfee
- Tenable
- Ivanti
- Patch my PC
- Defender
- Ability to develop automation strategies
- Asset Management lifecycle experience
- Strong Powershell scripting skills
- Administrating Microsoft Entra, AD & GPO.
- PowerBI experience
- Be highly proficient in Windows/Apple Mac O/S at both desktop and server.
- Demonstrable ability to learn and pick up new technologies
- Administrating Microsoft AD & GPO.
- Browser management including Chrome/Firefox/Edge/IE
- Patch management and delivery in a multi-platform environment.
- O365 Experience.
- Co-ordinating staff
- Excellent standard of English language both verbal and written.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Understand of GDPR and various compliance standards.
Desirable skills:
- Experience of cloud technologies:
AWS/Azure - Hyper V
- VMWare
- Microsoft Exchange
- Working knowledge of ITIL
