Interested Candidates Call me - 9810920696 Exp - 2 years + CTC - upto 35K Employee Relations Specialist Overview: The Employee Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting positive relationships between employees and the organization. They are responsible for addressing and resolving workplace conflicts, grievances, and issues, while also ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations . Key Responsibilities : Conflict Resolution : conflicts between employees or between employees and management. Investigate workplace disputes and develop solutions that are fair and consistent. Grievance Handling: Receive and address employee complaints and grievances. Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and recommend appropriate actions or resolutions. Policy and Procedure Guidance: Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and regulations. Interpret and communicate HR policies and practices effectively. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee relations. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and make recommendations for policy updates as necessary. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement. Collaborate with HR and management to create programs and initiatives that promote a positive work culture. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on topics such as conflict resolution, communication skills, and diversity awareness. Provide coaching and support to managers on handling employee relations issues effectively. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, including investigations, resolutions, and outcomes. Generate reports and analysis on employee relations trends, issues, and metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
