Employee Engagement Specialist

The opportunity is with a Global Entertainment Company in Gurgaon. You should have 2 to 6 years of experience in employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs. You will also be involved in supporting internal communication strategies such as newsletters, intranet updates, and employee surveys. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to encourage participation in engagement activities is a vital part of this role. Tracking and reporting on engagement metrics, participation rates, and feedback will be necessary to measure the success of initiatives. Keeping employee engagement calendars and documentation up-to-date, along with managing logistics for virtual and in-person events, will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company. Being a point of contact for employee questions regarding engagement initiatives and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programming and celebrations are crucial aspects of this role.
