Location: Thane

Duration: 6 month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Engagement Initiatives:

Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities, events, and campaigns.
Work with the HR team to implement programs aligned with company culture and values.

2. Event Coordination:

Help organize team-building exercises, wellness programs, and festive celebrations.
Manage event logistics, communication, and follow-up activities.

3. Data Analysis:

Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
Present insights and actionable recommendations to improve engagement levels.

4. Recognition Support:

Assist in executing reward and recognition programs for employees.
Ensure timely acknowledgment of employee milestones and achievements.

5. Administrative Support:

Maintain records of engagement activities and track participation rates.
Prepare reports and presentations to highlight the impact of initiatives.
