JOB Description:


1. Onboarding Coordination:

Ensure all new joiners receive their required technology and administrative assets (laptops, IDs, system access, etc.) on time.

a)Identify and bridge any gaps in asset allocation by coordinating with IT/Admin teams.

b) Share quick updates with new joiners on their onboarding status and resolve queries.

2. Communication & Engagement:

• Draft and circulate welcome emailers for all new joiners at JHO.

• Act as a point of contact for first-day queries and assist in smooth integration in JHO

7th Day- 15th Day- 30th Day-90th Day new joiner connects model execution

3. Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and maintain Onboarding Gap Reports highlighting delays or issues in the process.

• Conduct Onboarding Experience Survey for new joiners and publish insights/reports for management review.

Monthly report basis pulse received from new joiner connect for further actionable

4. Compliance & Background Verification (BGV):

• Ensure all employees mapped under JHO complete their background verification process as per timelines.

• Track and follow up on pending BGV cases with relevant stakeholders.

5. Adhoc

• Supporting team as and when while conducting events and activities in JHO
