1) Responsible for driving monthly EMI GMV & P&L numbers through the EMI sales team.
2) Conceptualized and run SIP and contests/incentive programs for sales team engagement.
3) Good analytical skills.
4) Should be able to take tangible results out of complex data points.
5) Drive regional brand engagement and bank offer.
