We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us improve how we communicate with users—from onboarding to conversion to re-engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s just starting out but wants real ownership, hands-on learning, and the chance to work at the intersection of content, data, and product.

What You’ll Work On

• Plan and execute email campaigns across the user lifecycle
• Write clean, compelling email copy focused on engagement and conversion
• Segment and target users based on behavior, plan type, and usage data
• Set up and send campaigns using Sendy
• Use Microsoft Clarity and Mixpanel to identify user behavior patterns
• A/B test subject lines, copy, CTAs, and send times
• Track key metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions)
• Maintain campaign data and reporting in Airtable

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
• Excellent written communication skills
• Understanding of audience segmentation and email conversion flows
• Comfortable using tools like Sendy, Mailchimp, HubSpot—or eager to learn quickly
• Basic familiarity with Clarity, Mixpanel, or other user analytics platforms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines in a remote setup

• Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and user session recordings)
• Mixpanel (event-based analytics)
• Airtable (for tracking campaigns and performance)

This is a remote full-time position with incentive based bonuses. This role also offers the potential for ESOPs based on long-term performance.
