About Us: We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization dedicated to delivering top-tier digital solutions and services. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our LinkedIn marketing initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility. Create and schedule engaging posts, articles, and multimedia content tailored for LinkedIn. Grow and manage the company’s LinkedIn page and groups to build a strong professional community. Run LinkedIn Ads (sponsored content, InMail, etc.) and analyze their performance using LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment. Monitor, report, and improve campaign performance using analytics tools. Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform content and strategy. Assist in developing marketing materials, email campaigns, and cross-platform promotions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on LinkedIn B2B marketing . Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools. Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads is a plus.
