Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  LinkedIn marketing campaigns

  to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, articles, and multimedia content tailored for LinkedIn.
• Grow and manage the company’s LinkedIn page and groups to build a strong professional community.
• Run

  LinkedIn Ads

  (sponsored content, InMail, etc.) and analyze their performance using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.
• Monitor, report, and improve campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform content and strategy.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, email campaigns, and cross-platform promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on

  LinkedIn B2B marketing

  .
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools.
• Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads is a plus.
