Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Manager with OTA experience to drive

customer segmentation, retention, and email remarketing strategies. The role focuses on

optimizing checkout abandonment, increasing customer intent, and improving retention for the

USA, Canada, and European travel markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies for customer engagement, retention,

and conversion.

• Manage email automation campaigns, including checkout abandonment, remarketing,

and loyalty programs.

• Optimize customer segmentation and personalization to improve open rates, click-

through rates, and conversions.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and call-to-actions (CTAs) to maximize

email performance.

• Work with content and design teams to create visually appealing, high-converting email

campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze email deliverability, engagement, and ROI, making data-driven

adjustments.

• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Key Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in email marketing within an OTA targeting USA, Canada, and

Europe.

• Strong expertise in email automation platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience optimizing abandoned checkout recovery, remarketing, and lifecycle email

campaigns.

• Proficiency in segmentation strategies, personalization, and email analytics.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations.Role & responsibilities
