Cross-Sales Agent (Outbound Process) - WFH

The role is for the travel concierge, who is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of ancillary services to customers who have booked their flight tickets with our partner networks. The current services include Trip Protection, Extra baggage, Seat Assignment, Meal Requests, and many more.

This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in exploring new spaces, crossing new barriers and breaching the limits of their potential. This is a rapidly growing vertical and there are ample growth opportunities for the right candidates.

The right candidate will meet the below criterion:

• Experience working in the voice process, as part of the inside sales team, in the international travel industry, with exposure to outbound calling.

• Agents with a minimum 1+ year of travel industry experience in the sales process (Flight Bookings), or

• Excellent communication skills to interact with US customers in a neutral accent are mandatory.

• Ability to establish a connection with the customers, engage them with empathy, and truly understand their needs will be a critical skill to advise them on the right fit of products

• Open to work in night shifts (currently, the shift timings are from 9:00 PM IST till 7:00 AM IST, but they can change at short notice as per requirements)

• Candidates will be required to maintain certain records/ files/ templates related to the daily work and the customer connects that they make in MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets.

Prerequisites:

• BYOD (Bring your own device) laptop with a camera (i5 processor or better with 8GB RAM),
• Wired headset with external mic,
• 50 Mbps Wi-Fi connection
