Job Summary:

As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns targeting both domestic and international audiences. You will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring campaign success in multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns tailored to domestic and international audiences.

· Collaborate with the content and design teams to create localized and culturally relevant email templates.

· Segment and manage email lists to ensure maximum deliverability and engagement.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and generate insightful reports.

· Optimize campaigns based on performance data to meet engagement and revenue goals.

· Stay updated on global email marketing trends and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with business objectives.

· Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

· Design and execute email campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and scheduling.

· Analyse campaign performance and generate reports to optimize results.

· Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, and other KPIs to maintain high campaign performance.

· Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree mandatory.

· At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, preferably with exposure to international markets.

· Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on audience-specific messaging.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization is an advantage.

· Understanding of cultural nuances and market-specific preferences is a plus.
