Job Description

As a Business Development Senior Executive at Ifisys Solutions LLP, you will play a crucial role in driving international B2B sales growth in the IT services industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in executing business development strategies to target international B2B clients, with a focus on the IT services space. - Qualifying leads and supporting the sales pipeline through timely follow-ups and engagement. - Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable digital solutions like Website Development, SEO, SMM, etc. - Bringing your experience in Team Handling to the table. - Assisting in preparing business proposals and sales presentations for potential clients. - Participating in sales discussions, closing deals, and meeting targets. - Conducting basic market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution. - Maintaining accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and activities using CRM tools. - Addressing basic client queries and ensuring high-quality customer communication. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales/business development within the IT services industry. - Strong interest in B2B sales and a willingness to learn and grow in the role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English. - Basic understanding of the sales process, lead generation techniques, and client engagement. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications is a plus. - Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
