Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java. Implement and optimise ElasticSearch solutions for high-performance data querying and search. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS services into backend applications. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Contribute to architecture discussions and code reviews to uphold high coding standards. Mandatory Skills: Strong Java development experience (10+ years). Hands-on coding experience with ElasticSearch – must have built/maintained systems using it. Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, or others relevant to backend architecture. Good to Have: Experience in Spring Boot or Microservices architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Exposure to monitoring/logging tools like Kibana, Grafana, etc. Work Schedule & Location: Shift: 4 PM to 1 AM IST ( Flexible timing ). Work Model: Semi-Hybrid ( WFO on Mondays is mandatory ).
