Email Marketing Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing B2B email campaigns for international markets (UK, USA, Dubai, Germany), and should be well-versed in email tools, automation, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, build, and execute effective email campaigns for different customer segments● Create automation workflows and drip sequences for nurturing and converting leads● Write clear, compelling email copy with strong call-to-actions (CTAs)● Design emails using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms● Manage email lists, including lead segmentation, list hygiene, and growth● Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open, click, conversion rates)● Manage communication with leads and support the sales team until deals are closed● Collaborate with internal technical and creative teams to align messaging and execution● Ensure all emails comply with industry policies and deliverability standards● Apply email warm-up strategies, and set up domains using DMARC, SPF, DKIM recordsRequired Skills & Expertise:
● 2-3 years of proven experience in email marketing● Strong working knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar● Experience handling clients from the UK, USA, Dubai, and Germany● Deep understanding of:○ Campaign strategy, automation, and performance optimization○ Email list segmentation and lead nurturing tactics○ Copywriting and email design best practices○ Analytics and tracking (A/B testing, engagement metrics, etc.)● Familiarity with pre-campaign technical setups (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MX records)● Knowledge of email warm-up strategies to maximize inbox deliverability● Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence● B2B marketing experience is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
