We’re on the lookout for a creative and results-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and drive client engagement through compelling email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns for multiple clients.
• Develop content strategies and create engaging email copy that aligns with brand tone and objectives.
• Build and segment email lists to target the right audiences.
• Use tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve subject lines, layouts, CTAs, and timing.
• Ensure all emails follow industry policies and best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with designers and digital strategists to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
• Optimize email marketing strategies based on data insights and client goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Understanding of email analytics, automation flows, segmentation, and retargeting.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (SEO, paid ads, social media).
• Graphic design or Canva skills for quick edits and creatives.

Pay: ₹10,357.33 - ₹38,325.28 per month
