You will assist our Deliverability Team in ensuring that client campaigns are optimized for success and learn how analytics drives decision-making in email marketing.This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career at the intersection of

Key Responsibilities

Monitor Email Performance: Track deliverability metrics, bounce rates, and inbox placement.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and prepare client reports with actionable insights.Campaign Insights: Support in reviewing sender reputation, spam complaints, and authentication setups (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).Support Client Teams: Provide data-driven suggestions to improve client campaigns and list quality.Research & Learning: Stay updated on email marketing trends, analytics practices, and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications

BTech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics) or BSc/MSc (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields) or certification in Data AnalyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL/Python for data analysis is a plus.Good communication skills for preparing reports and sharing insights.Eagerness to learn about Email Marketing, SaaS, and Deliverability.
