Email Deliverability Intern

to lead client success initiatives, drive retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.

About The Role

We are seeking a

highly accountable and communicative Email Deliverability Intern

to support our Deliverability team. This role is ideal for individuals from

any academic background

who possess

strong communication skills

and a passion for learning. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational tasks are executed smoothly, email performance is tracked accurately, and clients receive reliable support.

Based on your performance and alignment with the team, there is a potential for full-time conversion and long-term growth within the Deliverability team.

Key Responsibilities

Track Daily Work:

Help record and organize information using Excel or Google Sheets, following templates and SOP(Standard Operating Procedures).

Support Team Tasks:

Assist in updating reports and maintaining organized records, following clear instructions and templates.

Coordinate Internally:

Work with other team members to make sure everything is on track and deadlines are met.

Stay in Touch:

Give regular updates to your manager about what you're working on, including any help you might need.

Own Your Tasks:

Take responsibility for completing your assigned work on time and accurately.

Keep Learning:

Stay curious and open to learning new things about email tools, teamwork, and client operations.

Requirements

Open to

students and recent graduates

from any discipline.Strong

verbal communication

skills in English.Basic to intermediate

Excel/Google Sheets skills

(filters, formulas, formatting).Strong sense of

accountability, ownership

, and attention to detail.Ability to

follow documented SOP

and report progress clearly.A willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
