Description Description: The Email Deliverability Specialist will support the email deliverability strategy to ensure optimal delivery rates and engagement metrics for clients. This role involves working with senior leadership, marketing, and IT teams to align deliverability strategies with client business goals. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing deliverability performance, addressing deliverability challenges such as IP block listings, and managing spam filtering issues. Roles and Responsibilities: Support the email deliverability strategy, ensuring optimal delivery rates and engagement metrics for clients. Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, and IT teams to align email deliverability strategies with business goals of the client. Monitor and analyze email deliverability performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Address deliverability challenges, including IP block listings and spam filtering issues. Assist in creating and presenting in-depth deliverability reports to clients, providing actionable insights, and participating in client meetings to discuss performance and strategy. Enhance email sender reputation through strategic IP and domain management. Implement advanced email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and security measures. Review content to ensure it uses best deliverability practices. Represent the company at industry events and forums, staying updated on email deliverability trends and participate in the company s thought leadership initiatives by contributing to discussions on deliverability. Perform other related duties as required. Education and Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in email deliverability or a related role. Proficient understanding of email protocols, email marketing principles, and analytics tools. Experience with one or more Email Service Providers Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex deliverability issues. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
