Everyday Health Professional is seeking a dedicated, highly focused, and committed Associate Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The Everyday Health Professional Marketing team is responsible for communicating with our Health Care Professional (HCP) audience via MedPageToday.com, Primeinc.org, HealtheCareers.com and a network of related properties. The ideal candidate will be an internally motivated team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills. The right person for this role is exemplary in their attention to detail and possesses the ability to connect their work to higher-level themes across programs. You will assist our marketers to maximize the effectiveness of their communications in various types of email (newsletters, alerts, marketing emails, etc.) and website-based creatives. Additionally, you will continually strive to improve the efficiency and scale of our marketing communications, with a particular focus on email creation. Key Responsibilities: Work cross-functionally to create and deploy email campaigns Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to eliminate errors in code, content, rendering, tracking, etc. across email service providers and ensure standards are met for all email communications Provide front-line support and operational coordination for campaigns across business units Job Qualifications : Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the particulars of email creation Experience building and deploying a large volume of manual and automated email campaigns Comfort using multiple Email Service Providers Must be a master multi-tasker able to meet aggressive deadlines Extraordinary attention to detail Excellent prioritization skills based on a defined hierarchy of importance Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to track and contextualize deliverables in multiple systems across business units Proactive, friendly, and work well in a deadline driven environment Ability to take on new challenges and not afraid to learn by self-study Preferences: Availability to work 7am-4pm EST (4:30PM-1:30AM IST) Experience building and deploying a large volume of manual and automated email campaigns to large audiences Bonus points for previously working with SailThru, Pardot, and Campaigner Understanding of digital media industry and practices
