Your role will involve collaborating with marketers to enhance the effectiveness of email campaigns and website-based creatives, with a strong focus on email creation efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include working cross-functionally to develop and implement email campaigns, conducting thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure error-free communications, and providing operational support for campaigns across different business units. It is essential for you to have a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and email creation processes, along with experience in managing a high volume of manual and automated email campaigns. To excel in this role, you must be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking effectively to meet deadlines, and possess excellent prioritization skills. Your ability to work independently, track deliverables across multiple systems, and adapt to new challenges will be crucial. Moreover, familiarity with Email Service Providers and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment are highly valued. Ideal candidates should have availability to work during specific hours, experience with email campaign tools like SailThru, Pardot, and Campaigner, and a good understanding of digital media practices.
