We are looking for a skilled Bloomreach Email Marketing Analyst to design, implement, and optimize automated customer journeys for our clients using Bloomreach Engage . The ideal candidate will have strong marketing automation expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with client teams to drive personalized, data-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Build and optimize customer journeys, workflows, and segments in Bloomreach Engage. Execute omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and web personalization. Integrate Bloomreach with client data sources (e-commerce, CRM, CDP). Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights. Train client teams on marketing automation best practices. Stay updated on Bloomreach features and industry trends. Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Bloomreach Engage (Exponea) . Strong knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization. Experience with A/B testing and campaign analytics. Familiarity with data structures (events, attributes, JSON). Preferred: Experience with other martech tools; basic HTML/CSS. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, or related field. 6+ years in marketing automation/CRM; 2+ years with Bloomreach Engage.
