ELV Project Engineer (Data Center)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ELV system projects end-to-end, including site supervision, installation, testing, and commissioning of systems such as CCTV, Access Control, BMS, PA, and Fire Alarm.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project sites; maintain effective communication and foster positive client relationships.
• Prepare project reports, daily progress updates, and documentation as required by internal and client teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, site teams) to ensure project timelines and quality standards are achieved.
• Conduct quality inspections, resolve site issues, and provide solutions for technical and execution challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers or supervisors; demonstrate proactive leadership and team coordination.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and statutory regulations at all times.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience in execution and site management of ELV or MEP projects.
• Direct exposure to CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, BMS, or related ELV systems (design, installation, testing).
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and manage project documentation.
• High energy, proactive attitude, and excellent team leadership qualities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and priorities.
• Industry experience with contractors/solution providers in similar domains preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per week
