Retail Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Supervising the delivery of products and services to customers.
Creating a customer-centric environment that is interactive, engaging, and reassuring to build customer confidence.
Adhering to the selling process and organizational policies while maintaining the store's cleanliness and visual appeal.
Utilizing downtime for self-improvement, including enhancing communication skills, familiarising with SOPs, and managing inventory.
Executing operational tasks such as paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
Addressing customer inquiries about products, pricing, and billing, and handling customer escalations.
Achieving sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
Demonstrating flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Remaining in an enclosed area for the entirety of the shift while assisting customers.

Requirements

Requirements:

Experienced in Premium Retail Hiring.
Availability to work during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Well-groomed, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
Proficient in spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
