About the Role


We are seeking highly skilled engineering professionals with a strong background in aerospace systems and avionics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with aircraft electronic systems, hardware analysis, and industry-standard communication protocols. You will contribute to the design, analysis, verification, and reliability of avionics hardware and systems while ensuring compliance with global aerospace standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and validate aircraft

    Electronic Control Units (ECUs)

    including hardware architecture, microcontrollers, processors, and power-supply circuits.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and system architecture documents to resolve hardware and system-level issues.
  • Debug and verify avionics communication interfaces such as

    ARINC 429

    ,

    MIL-STD-1553

    ,

    CAN bus

    , and

    Ethernet/AFDX

    networks.
  • Ensure design and development activities comply with aerospace standards including

    DO-254

    ,

    DO-160

    ,

    ARP4754A

    , and organizational quality processes.
  • Document analysis, testing results, observations, and non-conformities while contributing to system reliability and certification deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, software, testing, and certification groups.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

      Aerospace Engineering

      , or related fields.
    • Strong understanding of aircraft avionics hardware, embedded electronics, and system architectures.
    • Hands-on experience with avionics protocols (ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, CAN, AFDX/Ethernet).
    • Familiarity with aerospace standards:

    • Ability to analyze hardware at schematic and component level.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
    • Strong documentation and communication skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

    • Experience with environmental and EMI/EMC testing per DO-160.
    • Exposure to DO-178C and aircraft software-hardware integration.
    • Knowledge of FMEA, FTAs, safety assessments, or system reliability tools.
    • Experience collaborating with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or certification authorities.
