Electronics Hardware Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and validate advanced electronic systems and hardware solutions. The ideal candidate shall have 5–8 years of hands on experience in board-level design, circuit development, and hardware testing for embedded or industrial systems. You will play a key role in driving innovation from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and prototype power electronic circuits and systems, including DC-DC converters, DC-AC inverters, battery energy storage systems and motor drives.
• Design, simulate, and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD, EasyEDA etc).
• Component creation (Symbol & Footprint), schematics design, PCB design with experience of working on at least 6-layer PCBs or more
• Conduct component selection, feasibility studies, and design reviews.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab instruments.
• Develop and execute test plans, validation protocols, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Support EMC/EMI testing, certification, and reliability analysis.
• Optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and power efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with FPGA-based systems or high-speed digital design.
• Exposure to low-power system design and battery management circuits.
• Working knowledge of embedded firmware for hardware bring-up and validation.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and hardware revision control systems. What We're Looking For Team players with good oral and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
