About Company:


We are a manufacturer and supplier of non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions since 1958.

Our group of companies consists of two manufacturing plants and a head office and design centre in Mumbai employing 300+ employees located across 9 locations in India. We strive to provide innovative tools and expertise to increase the reliability and accuracy of NDT inspections.

Our customers are Steel, Aerospace, Automotive, Railway, Defense, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Heavy Engineering Industry, Power Plants, NDT Service Providers, and Educational Institutes.

We have developed a large clientele in America, Asia, Europe, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits based on project requirements.
  • Create schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using tools such as Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or OrCAD.
  • Select electronic components, evaluate alternatives, and document BOMs.
  • Develop, prototype, and validate hardware modules, ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards.
  • Work with microcontrollers, sensors, power supplies, and communication interfaces (IC, SPI, UART, CAN, RS485, Ethernet, etc.).
  • Perform signal integrity analysis, simulations, and design reviews.
  • Debug and troubleshoot boards using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate closely with firmware/software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Prepare technical documents, test reports, and design logs.
  • Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC standards, safety norms, and reliability criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering or Electronics and telecommunication. 
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit theory, and PCB design principles.
  • Knowledge of analog circuits, power electronics, and signal conditioning.
  • Familiarity with hardware debugging tools (DSO, LCR meter, logic analyzer, etc.).
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, etc.).
  • Good understanding of embedded interfaces and communication protocols.
  • Ability to read datasheets, application notes, and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred/Optional Skills :

  • Experience with high-voltage or high-current circuits.
  • Knowledge of RF design, antenna tuning, or high-speed layout.
  • Experience with Modbus, Ethernet, IoT hardware, or industrial communication.
  • Familiarity with compliance testing: EMI/EMC, CE, UL.
  • Experience with DFM/DFT techniques and manufacturing processes.

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Good time-management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and drive for high-quality design.
