Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician Supervisor to oversee electrical installation and maintenance work at our project sites in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing electrical teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily deployment and performance of electricians and helpers.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (e.g., conduits, cable trays, wiring, lighting, panels, etc.).
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily reports, work progress logs, and material usage records.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
• Support billing and documentation teams with daily measurement sheets and attendance data.
• Handle on-site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience supervising electrical works at large infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MS conduit and cable tray work is mandatory.
• Good coordination and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory); basic English communication preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation.
