Executive – Customer Success

Job Title: Executive – Customer Success Department: PLM – Customer Success Location: Bangalore Vacancy: 1 Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Customer Success to provide L1/L2 support and assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) in their daily activities. The role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in working with Excel and enterprise software tools who are eager to work in a client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support to address client user and vendor tickets related to: Software issues General user/vendor queries Data entry and operator-related tasks Support KAMs in: Managing client communications Tracking and reporting daily tasks and tickets Preparing training materials and reports Coordinate with internal teams to resolve software-related issues efficiently. Required Soft Skills: High intent, hardworking, and street smart Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Stable and dependable with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English , and local languages Ability to face clients confidently after some training and exposure Required Hard Skills: Educational Qualification: BCA / MCA, BBA / MBA, BCom / MCom or other equivalent profiles Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in: Working extensively with Excel sheets Exposure to Procure-to-Pay software tools , ERP systems , or similar enterprise platforms Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
