We are now looking for a skilled Electrician to strengthen our Plant Operations & Maintenance team. Job Role: Electrician – Steel Fabrication Plant Responsibilities: Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems in the fabrication plant. Maintenance and repair of MIG/ARC welding machines, plasma cutting machines, CNC equipment, hydraulic presses, cranes, and panel boards. Handling wiring, cabling, circuit connections, and load management in the plant. Executing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime. Conducting routine inspections and safety checks of panels, motors, and heavy machinery. Coordinating with production, quality, and mechanical maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations. Ensuring strict compliance with industrial electrical safety standards. Preparing records of breakdowns, repairs, and preventive actions. Candidate Profile Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical. Experience: Minimum 3 years in steel fabrication / heavy machinery industry preferred. Hands-on knowledge of welding machines, EOT cranes, industrial panels, and heavy fabrication equipment. Strong understanding of safety practices & industrial load distribution. Ability to work in a plant-based environment with high machinery usage.
