As an Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of electrical systems, performing electrical installations and repairs, and troubleshooting electrical issues to maintain functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures in accordance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations and repairs accurately.Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify defects, faults, or malfunctions, and diagnose issues using testing equipment and tools.Troubleshoot electrical problems, such as power outages, short circuits, and voltage fluctuations, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.Install and configure electrical systems and equipment, such as lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and electrical panels, following manufacturer specifications and guidelines.Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting electrical components and systems, to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability.Test electrical systems and components for proper operation, voltage, current, and resistance, using multimeters, voltage testers, and other diagnostic tools.
