You will bridge the gap between our service team and R&D department, resolving critical field issues and ensuring top quality customer support in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues in EV chargers and related subsystems. Conduct on-site inspections, testing, and repairs in a variety of real-world conditions. Collaborate with the service team tdevelop quick resolutions, reducing charger downtime and improving customer satisfaction. 2. R&D Collaboration Act as the technical conduit between field services and R&D, communicating recurring issues and feature requests. Work closely with engineering teams trefine product designs and firmware, incorporating feedback from real-world deployments. Participate in post-mortem reviews of incidents tidentify root causes and recommend design improvements or operational best practices. 3. Documentation & Training Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.
